Responsibilities Leads the preparation of food for patients, staff, and visitors of the healthcare facility following safe cooking techniques.
Assists in the oversight of staff to ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed.
Prepares food for multiple therapeutic diets and complies with state and federal laws and regulations related to food preparation in a healthcare environment.
Supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Four (4) years of experience in food services; two (2) years hospital nutrition experience.
Education:
-High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure:
-Current (within the past 12 month) ServSafe Allergen and Food Handler Certifications.
If not currently certified, certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Recommended Skills Cooking Quality Management Restaurant Operation Food Preparation Food Quality Federal Laws Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
