The Woda Group, a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a Property Manager to manage a 56 unit family properties in London, KY.
This position is full-time with the opportunity for future career growth! Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
oExperience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC.
oProven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
oProven ability to maintain compliance with affordable housing programs.
oExperience marketing apartments and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
