- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Assist with document preparation, including formatting and proofreading - Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets -handle customer concerns - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including price quotes and Silencer Shop assistance - Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars -review and maintain all documents ensuring they are compliant with laws and regulations - Provide general administrative and tech support to the team Experience :
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred -must be proficient with computers - Familiarity with compliance a plus - Knowledge of forearms is a plus - Familiarity with ATF guidelines a plus As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements:
