Proficiency Description Level 2 Consultant Analytics - Should be able to architect analytics solutions encompassing data management, data analysis, statistical modeling, business analysis and consulting/ advisory. Should be proficient in business problem solving using analytics. Should have Experience in tools like SAS, SPSS, KXEN, R, Knowledge Seeker or similar tools. Should be proficient in database technologies, SQL. Should be conversant in at least one domain (retail, CPG, banking, insurance, Manufacturing, pharma etc) and at least one functional area marketing, customer management, risk management, supply chain etc.) Proficiency Description Level 3 Consultant Analytics - Should be seen as an SME in any or more of the analytics application areas like retail, CPG, banking, insurance, Manufacturing, pharma etc and in functions.
